Same Difference Christmas: Day Twelve!!
Same Difference Christmas: Day Twelve!!
On the 12th day of Christmas Sarah finally got to go shopping without Sean and had the perfect opportunity to buy his present!
On the 12th day of Christmas Sarah finally got to go shopping without Sean and had the perfect opportunity to buy his present!
He had given her a list of things he would like so she headed out straight away on her present-buying quest!
She only had £1 to spend and where could she find all of the things he wanted at that price?! There was only one place!
Everything's a pound!
Sarah was so happy with what she had got for her money and knows Sean will love his presents!

Same Difference Christmas: Day Eleven!!
Same Difference Christmas: Day Eleven!!
On the 11th day of Christmas Sarah was worried that Santa wouldn't have enough elves to help him in his toy factory as there are so many children in the world that have asked for presents!
On the 11th day of Christmas Sarah was worried that Santa wouldn't have enough elves to help him in his toy factory as there are so many children in the world that have asked for presents!
So she decided that while she was in Lapland Same Difference would help Santa to get all of the present orders right!
Sean spent the day helping make the gifts while Sarah wrapped the presents! It was exhausting!
As the day came to a close Sarah was so tired that she needed to sit down! But all of the chairs where elf-sized so she couldn't fit! So she took the opportunity to sit on Santa's lap for a rest but also to reiterate what she wanted for Christmas!

Same Difference Christmas: Day Ten!!
On the 10th day of Christmas Sean and Sarah started to worry if they had been good enough this year and if Santa had received their letters!

So they headed to Lapland with children from the "when you wish upon a star" appeal to find their letters!
They arrived at Santa's official post office and saw stacks and stacks of letters and began searching for theirs!
They finally found their letters and saw that it was stamped with a 'good' mark! They were really relieved until an angry elf came in and told them that the post office was for Santa and the elves only!
They apologised and scurried away hoping that the "good" stamp wouldn't be taken off of their letters!

Same Difference Christmas: Day Nine!!
On the 9th day of Christmas Sarah and Sean went to a wonderful Christmas party!

They drank lots of diet cola, ate mince pies and party rings and danced to some amazing songs (they played the album POP!)
The night was going well but it was about to get better! Sarah was happily dancing to 'Reach' when she felt a tap on her shoulder! She turned around to see one of her childhood heroes: Bradley from S Club 7!
She nearly choked on her diet cola! She got so excited and told him how his band's music had inspired her and he said that he liked the Same Difference version of 'Never Had A Dream Come True'!
She was so happy she nearly cried! She thanked him and took the opportunity to have a picture with him! "What a legend" she thought! "And what a brilliant way to kick off the Christmas celebrations!"

Same Difference Christmas: Day Eight!!
Same Difference Christmas: Day Eight!!
On the 8th day of Christmas Sean decided to spread Christmas cheer among his fellow shoppers!

So he climbed onto a bench and began singing his favourite carol 'little donkey' in his best voice!
At first he got some weird looks, a baby cried and a shop keeper told him to keep the noise down but he continued on his quest to gain that Christmas spirit!
After half an hour he had quite a crowd forming and was beginning to run out of Christmas tunes!
So he started singing the tracks from his brand new album Pop (in shops now)!
The whole town was joining in on the choir extravaganza! He felt so proud that he had finally brought that Christmas cheer!

On the 5th day of Christmas Sarah decided it would be a good idea to check under the tree to see what presents were for her!

So she climbed over the fence at Birmingham shopping centre and went to have a look!
And to her amazement there was a big blue box with her name on it...
What were the chances?! She shook the box but didn't know what it was but she hoped that it was the album POP in a disguised box (as it is out in shops now)!
She obviously has been a very good girl this year to have such an incredible present but hopes that Santa didn't see her trespassing otherwise he may take it back!

This weekend sees the return of the Shop West End VIP Day - with VIP standing for Very Important Pedestrians! Yep, the West End of London will be traffic-free on Saturday 6th December, so you can do your Christmas shopping on Oxford Street and Regent Street without any cars getting in the way!
And even more excitingly... Same Difference will be performing at the special event!!
Catch Sean and Sarah on stage at Marble Arch at 12pm. Have a great time - and we hope you get all your Christmas shopping done!

On the 3rd day of xmas Sarah and Sean forgot to do their xmas blog until very late in the day! Therefore they lit a xmas candle while singing 'Little Donkey' in a restaurant!

Santa was surprised to see such a a big boy sitting on his lap!
When asked what he wanted, Sean said "a successful album" which was a lot different to all the other children!
Santa promised to buy the album 'Pop' (which is available to buy from Tesco, HMV and Asda now) for all of the children who had been good this year!
Sean left feeling very happy knowing that his xmas wish was in good hands!
Santa was surprised to see such a a big boy sitting on his lap!

And it's a great time to join, because they've just launched their second virtual music festival, called Trax Factor. Same Difference will compete against other artists in the exciting music competition, and here's how it works:
Firstly, Habbo users club together to form virtual street teams to help their artist get through to the next round.
Next up, all the artists - including Sean and Sarah! - will visit Habbo in avatar form to chat with fans and hang out.

Brother and sister duo Same Difference made it all the way to the final of X Factor 2007, winning over legions of fans with their energetic and thrilling live performances.
Same Difference are brother and sister Sean and Sarah Smith from Portsmouth, Hampshire. Sean, 22, left home at the age of 17 to perform on cruise ships and has performed in a number of pantomimes, as well an ABBA tour group. Sarah, 19, left home at 16 to attend the Italia Conti Academy, completing her diploma last year. Previous to appearing on X Factor, Sarah had already worked as a professional model and appeared on Nickelodeon TV show Genie in the House.
In early 2008 Same Difference toured the country as part of the massive X Factor Live tour. The tour visited packed arenas all over the UK, with the duo recreating their best loved performances from the show, receiving enthusiastic reviews from fans and critics alike.
Same Difference's debut album 'Pop' and the single 'We R One' are now available from all good record shops and online.
The duo will embark on their first ever UK headline tour next year. Click here to view all the dates.

Our single's out and what a crazy few weeks!!!
Our single's out and what a crazy few weeks!!!
Hey all!
Ahhh our single is out NOW! We can't believe it! We went into the shop to buy it today and it was insane! It made it so real seeing a copy on the shelves! We hope that you all you're your copies too and are learning the dance moves from the sleeve! Hehe!
Well we have had the craziest 2 weeks of our lives and we won't be able to mention everything as it would be a 10 page blog! Lol!
But we will fill you in on a few things....
TMI.. We went to the BBC to do TMI and it was so fun! Sam, Mark and Caroline were all amazing! We loved being on the show and found it hilarious when Sam and Mark dressed up superfans and sang us a personally written song! Lol!
Children In Need... We were at the southern Children In Need performing our new song and also 'Breaking Free'! We got to meet Pudsey and overall it was a really great night!
Belfast light switch-on ... We have done loads of light switch-ons the past few weeks but we had to give a special mention to the Belfast crowd! Wow! What a reception! There were 20 thousand people there and they were all incredible... They even joined in on the air punches in 'We R One'! It was a sea of hands in the air and we loved every minute! We can't wait to go back!
GMTV!.... We both have been brought up watching GMTV in the mornings and we loved that we were the special guests this morning! We got to perform 'We R One' and also have a chat with Fiona and Ben and Lorraine Kelly! We never got to go on there when we came out of the X Factor so it was so cool to see the studio and how the programme is made!
It has been the best few weeks ever but very very busy! We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who have sent us good luck and well done messages. We will try to reply to as many of you as we can when we have our next few days off!

Ahhh our single is out NOW! We can't believe it! We went into the shop to buy it today and it was insane! It made it so real seeing a copy on the shelves! We hope that you all you're your copies too and are learning the dance moves from the sleeve! Hehe!
Well we have had the craziest 2 weeks of our lives and we won't be able to mention everything as it would be a 10 page blog! Lol!
But we will fill you in on a few things....
TMI.. We went to the BBC to do TMI and it was so fun! Sam, Mark and Caroline were all amazing! We loved being on the show and found it hilarious when Sam and Mark dressed up superfans and sang us a personally written song! Lol!
Children In Need... We were at the southern Children In Need performing our new song and also 'Breaking Free'! We got to meet Pudsey and overall it was a really great night!
Belfast light switch-on ... We have done loads of light switch-ons the past few weeks but we had to give a special mention to the Belfast crowd! Wow! What a reception! There were 20 thousand people there and they were all incredible... They even joined in on the air punches in 'We R One'! It was a sea of hands in the air and we loved every minute! We can't wait to go back!
GMTV!.... We both have been brought up watching GMTV in the mornings and we loved that we were the special guests this morning! We got to perform 'We R One' and also have a chat with Fiona and Ben and Lorraine Kelly! We never got to go on there when we came out of the X Factor so it was so cool to see the studio and how the programme is made!
